HISTORY
Valiant Realty is the Exclusive Marketing Arm of eight (8) Subdivisions, Townhouses and Condominium projects namely QUEENSVILLE SUBDIVISION in Caloocan City, KINGSTOWN1, 1,575 housing units, KINGSTOWN2, 977 townhouses, KINGSTOWN BAGUIO, 192 first class Subd. Lots, VIVA HOMES SUBD.1, 184 single/Rowhouses, LETICIA TOWNHOMES , 178 townhouses, GOOD HARVEST PARK, 580 socialized housing units and PACIFIC COAST PLAZA, 22-storey condominium at Coastal Road, Parañaque City.
Valiant Realty registered with the Department of Trade and Industry on November 6, 1996. The first office was located at 1386 E. Rodriguez Avenue Corner Mabolo Street, Quezon City, Metro Manila. To cope up with the increasing business activity, the company moved to its second office at St. Anthony Bldg. Aurora Boulevard, Cubao, Quezon City, Metro Manila. In view of the continues growth, the need for expansion is inevitable and Valiant Realty with thousands of recruited agents/managers transferred to its new office now located at Delta Bldg., Suite 400-I West Ave. corner Quezon Ave. Quezon City. At present time, our monthly seminars for New Recruits averages from 80-100 monthly or over 1,000 newly recruits yearly.
